Psychiatrist - Ventura County, CA (Hybrid)

Alliance for Wellness is a well-established physician founded and physician-led psychiatric group serving the Southern since 2010.

We are currently seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our diverse and seasoned group of Board-Certified Providers to support our Ventura County partners.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-patient psychiatric care, rounding in-person with support from a multi-disciplinary team of Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners
• Provide collaborative and efficient patient care by utilizing the hospital EMR.
• Availability to provide telehealth services, treating patients via video/phone.
• Equipped to manage all aspects of Psychiatric care consults, psychiatric holds, discharge disposition, etc.

Position Details and Qualifications:

• Will support Oxnard, Camarillo, and Simi Valley practice locations. (within 10-minute driving distance)
• Work Schedule: Option for Hybrid Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM.
• Inpatient rounds at the medical floor and ED.
• May see around 20 patients a day and may vary depending on the hospital.
• Opportunity for supporting outpatient clinic. (optional)
• Experience in Outpatient IOP / PHP preferred.
• Salary Range is $300K to 350K annual base salary plus productivity bonus.
