Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Shasta Regional Medical Center, a 226-bed acute care facility and member of the Prime Healthcare system, is seeking dedicated Nurse Practitioners to join our hospital-owned multi-specialty group. This is an outstanding opportunity to provide primary care in a supportive, patient-focused environment with excellent work-life balance.

What You'll Do

  • Provide primary care for patients of all ages, with focus on chronic care management and internal medicine patients.

  • Practice at on-campus and nearby satellite clinics (10 - 15 minutes from the hospital).

  • Work a 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts), no weekends.

  • No call responsibilities.

What We're Looking For

  • NP license in good standing.

  • Experience in primary care preferred.

  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.

  • Commitment to patient-centered care.
