Shasta Regional Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Anesthesiologist to join our group as a key partner. This role is open to both full-time and locum coverage, offering flexible scheduling and multiple employment options.

Position Highlights

• Employer: Far Northern Anesthesia Consultants, supporting Shasta Regional Medical Center

• Practice Scope: General anesthesia for cardiac, orthopedic, general, and thoracic surgery

• Exclusions: Trauma, OB, Pediatrics

• Role: Key Partner opportunity from Day 1

• Schedule: Monday-Friday (7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 10:00 AM-7:00 PM)

• Call: Flexible and negotiable

• Employment Models: Permanent (full-time) or Locums; W-2 or 1099 Independent Contractor

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $450,000-$550,000/year (negotiable) + productivity bonus (based on collections)

• Health Insurance: Self-funded EPO (HMO) at no cost to provider

• Retirement Plan: 401(k)

• CME allowance

• Relocation reimbursement & sign-on bonus
