Primary Care Physician

Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal, a physician-led, multi-specialty surgical group, is actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join their growing team. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality outpatient primary care while also participating in inpatient rounding for general surgery patients at affiliated hospitals.

Position Highlights

• Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor or W2 Employed (Flexible)

• Schedule: Full-Time (Part-Time available) with flexible hours

• Location: Primary clinic in Montclair, satellite clinic in Covina, CA

• Care Setting: Outpatient clinic with inpatient rounding for general surgery patients

• Candidate Eligibility: Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting base salary: $270,000/year (W2, negotiable)

• Open to productivity-based compensation models

Clinic & Practice Details

Clinic hours: MondayFriday, 7:30 AM 5:30 PM (Lunch 121 PM)
The group supports hospitals including Emanate Health, Pomona Valley, and Prime Healthcare. Physicians work in a collaborative, multi-specialty environment with access to cutting-edge surgical technology and a supportive team.
