Psychiatrist - San Bernardino County, CA (Hybrid)

Alliance for Wellness is a well-established physician founded and physician-led psychiatric group serving the Southern since 2010.

We are currently seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our diverse and seasoned group of Board-Certified Providers to support our High Desert (San Bernardino County) partners.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-patient psychiatric care, rounding in-person with support from a multi-disciplinary team of Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners
• Provide collaborative and efficient patient care by utilizing the hospital EMR.
• Availability to provide telehealth services, treating patients via video/phone.
• Equipped to manage all aspects of Psychiatric care consults, psychiatric holds, discharge disposition, etc.

Position Details and Qualifications:

• Will support Desert Valley Hospital in Victorville, CA.
• First in-person psychiatrist with telehealth back-up.
• Opportunity to do outpatient work with our nearby partner clinics through in-person or telehealth. (Rancho Cucamonga, Riverside, Victorville, Apple Valley)
• Work Schedule: Hybrid Monday to Friday and at least 1 weekend a month.
  • At least 2 to 3 days of In-Person needed for initial evaluations and overseeing of Nurse Practitioners.
  • And 2 half days each week to support Outpatient Clinic or Workers comp through telehealth.
• Will see around 10-20 patients in the Inpatient.
• Spanish speaking preferred.
• Starting Salary is $350K (negotiable).
