About the job Primary Care (Ukranian Speaking)
Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, Illinois is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Primary Care clinic. This is a full-time opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient care in a supportive, community-focused environment. Position Details
- Full-time employment
- Outpatient primary care setting
- Deliver full-spectrum care including preventive services, chronic disease management, and acute visits
- Manage your own patient panel with continuity of care
- Work closely with a team of physicians, APPs, and clinical support staff
- 40-hour work week with minimal call responsibilities
- Average of 1624 patients per day
- 36 hours of direct patient contact and 4 hours of administrative time per week
- EMR: Epic
- Ukrainian-speaking strongly preferred
Qualifications
- Licensed NP or PA in the state of Illinois
- Board Certified in Family Medicine (NP) or appropriate PA certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Primary Care or Family Practice preferred
- Strong clinical skills and cultural sensitivity
- Ukrainian language proficiency preferred to support the local community

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $110,000.00 to $125,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
