St. Francis Medical Center is seeking a Critical Care Physician to join its multi-specialty medical group in Lynwood, California. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-acuity ICU care in a collaborative, team-based environment while maintaining a balanced work schedule.

The incoming physician will manage critically ill patients in a state-of-the-art ICU, supported by multidisciplinary teams and advanced clinical resources.

Practice Overview

St. Francis Medical Center is a leading acute care hospital serving Southeast Los Angeles County, offering comprehensive services including critical care, cardiology, emergency medicine, and surgical specialties.

The ICU is supported by experienced nursing staff, specialists, and advanced practice providers, ensuring high-quality, coordinated patient care.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive ICU care for critically ill patients
• Perform procedures including intubations, central lines, arterial lines, and ventilator management
• Participate in daily ICU rounds, admissions, and consultations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including specialists, nurses, and APPs
• Ensure high standards of patient safety and quality care

Schedule

Full-Time

• 7-on/7-off schedule
• Block scheduling for work-life balance

What We're Looking For

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Critical Care Medicine
• Experience managing complex ICU patients and procedures
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care

Compensation

• Starting at $375,000 annually (negotiable based on experience)
• Productivity bonus opportunities
