Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal, a physician-led surgical group serving the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire, is seeking a full-time Medical Scribe to support our two clinic locations in Montclair and Covina. The Medical Scribe will work closely with surgeons and clinical staff to document patient encounters and assist with clinical workflow in a fast-paced environment.

This role provides valuable hands-on clinical experience working directly with surgeons and is ideal for pre-med or pre-PA candidates seeking meaningful clinical hours and patient-care exposure.

What You'll Do

• Document patient encounters in real time using AthenaOne EMR.

• Assist physicians with accurate and efficient clinical documentation.

• Support clinic workflow and assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.

• Work closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient visits.

What We're Looking For

• Prior medical scribe or healthcare experience preferred.

• Experience with AthenaOne EMR strongly preferred.

• Medical Assistant certification preferred, but not required.

• Spanish-speaking preferred.

• Must be able to commute between Montclair and Covina clinic locations.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

• Full-time position with some schedule flexibility.

Compensation & Benefits

• $18–$21 per hour depending on experience

• Medical benefits provided for the employee
