As Pharmacy Manager, you will expertly oversee all facets of pharmacy operations: from managing inventory to regulatory compliance, leading a skilled pharmacy team, and driving innovations in pharmaceutical care. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Strategy & Business Development, you play a pivotal role in delivering safe, effective medication services that improve patient outcomes.

What you bring:
- Pharmacist license (RPh) in BC with at least 5 years of pharmacy experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
- PharmD or equivalent pharmacy degree
- Deep knowledge of pharmacy laws, patient care, and pharmacology
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
