Job Description

Position Details:

• Basic yard duties - moving trailers in and out of dock
• Driver will be responsible for spotting upwards of 40-50 trailers per day
• Responsible for performing yard checks multiple times a day for inbound deliveries
• Required to perform safety inspections on all trailers prior to backing them in for loading
• Responsible for making minor repairs (lights, mud flaps, etc.) when identified on written safety report (DVIR log)
• Transporting trailers/trucks to & from the maintenance shop for repairs (shop is local)
• At times they may be required to help load, stack, or restack a trailer of product if the product has shifted

Additional Information:

• Must have reliable transportation back and forth to work
