Local CDL Class A Truck Drivers. Home Daily. Early AM Start. Weekend Home Time

Position Details:

• Making deliveries to local retail stores
• Multi Stop deliveries. The average is 2 to 4 stops per day.
• Product arrives on shuttles throughout the day and all outbound freight is preloaded
• Hand unload boxes onto conveyor or roller ramps at retail store locations
• Will use a pallet jack on occasion to off load palletized product onto dock at store.
• Routes are multi-stop and predetermined/static each week.
• Will operate in a 250-mile radius of Salt Lake City, UT. There may be rare occasions driver will need to travel to Idaho and Montana to help out the remote locations with coverage.
• Occasional warehouse work will be required.

Special requirements:

• THIS LOCAL JOB IS VERY LABOR INTENSIVE AND PHYSICALLY DEMANDING
• Hand unload boxes onto conveyor or roller ramps at retail store locations.
• Freight is stacked floor to ceiling
• ​​​​​​​Average unload count is 50-300 boxes per stop.500-700 boxes per trailer.
• Boxes can weigh anywhere from 2lbs to 80lbs.The average is 30 to 60 lbs. per box.
• Hand unload boxes onto conveyor or roller ramps at retail store locations

• Monday-Saturday - There may be some weeks that the driver will only work 5 days.
  - Start time: 2:30am to 5:00am
  - Shift: Average 9 - 10

Pay:

• $28.00 per hour
