We're in search of motivated and professional Mortgage Loan Officers who embody our principle of Mortgage Intelligently. Commissions are uncapped, our technology is robust, and you'll enjoy a steady stream of leads to bolster your business growth efforts.
What You Will Do:
- Cultivate and maintain a personal network of referral partners and customers.
- Generate business through referrals and relationships with individuals, existing clients, and real estate professionals.
- Accurately complete loan applications (1003) and gather necessary documentation from borrowers.
- Assess clients' needs and financial situations to recommend the most suitable loan products.
- Negotiate loan terms with clients, ensuring clarity and fairness.
- Manage loan applications from initiation to closing, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved.
- Foster positive communication with MCF Mortgage's Operations team, ensuring efficient loan processing.
Requirements
What You Need:
- A minimum of 1 year of mortgage loan origination experience.
- Active NMLS license(s) or eligibility for Temporary Authority to Operate.
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships over the phone.
- Commitment to upholding the highest professional and ethical standards.
- Adherence to all regulatory compliance requirements and guidelines.
- Strong personal management skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer experience.
- Exceptional sales skills with a strong drive to achieve and excel.
- A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
