RN - Telemetry Float Pool 
Full-Time | 36-Hour Weeks | 12-Hour Shifts

Compensation & Perks:

• Base Salary: $78,000 - $145,000 per year
• $15,000 Hiring Bonus & Relocation Assistance for eligible external candidates

About the Role:

As a Telemetry Float RN, you will:
Deliver Exceptional Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in alignment with evidence-based practices.
Advocate for Patients: Partner in care planning to uphold the dignity, values, and beliefs of the patients we serve.
Promote Safety & Quality: Identify and correct safety issues while integrating best practices to improve patient outcomes.
Educate & Lead: Foster learning for patients, families, and team members while modeling professionalism in the care setting.
Engage in Professional Growth: Continuously develop your skills and knowledge to stay aligned with the highest nursing standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Washington State RN License (upon hire)
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
• NRP Certification (American Academy of Pediatrics)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a Telemetry/Med-Surg environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• National Certification in area of specialty (preferred but not required)
