About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our patient-centric team that is focused on behavioral health services, including crisis stabilization, inpatient care, and outpatient treatment for acute mental health and substance use disorders. Our mission is to decrease suicide rates, reduce addiction-related deaths, and enhance the overall well-being of our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the nursing management team and ensure high-quality patient care

  • Serve as a liaison between physicians, patients, referral sources, and employees

  • Drive operational excellence by preparing reports and maintaining compliance

  • Champion a culture of collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement

What You Bring

  • Postgraduate degree in Nursing or a related field (or a plan to obtain one)

  • Current RN license in the state of Oregon, Washington or a compact license

  • CPR & Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) preferred

  • Previous psychiatric or behavioral health experience preferred

  • Strong leadership background with expertise in patient assessments and treatment planning
