Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with a focus on optimizing outcomes across the care continuum.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and coordinate patient care plans.
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions, ensuring all care is aligned with best practices.
  • Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and healthcare team members, supporting both formal and informal education.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN or MSN preferred).
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
  • A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience within a med-surg environment centered around supporting nephrology
  • CNN Certification preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary depending on experience, $15,000 Hiring Bonus and the opportunity for increased compensation through OT hours if you want.
