The Opportunity
We are seeking a mid-level Corporate Attorney (4-8 years of experience) to join a well-established Corporate Business Unit in Chicago, IL. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated corporate and transactional matters, including:

• Entity formation & governance
• Operating agreements
• Supply & purchase agreements
• Compliance documentation
• Mergers & acquisitions

In this role, you will actively negotiate business transactions, interact with clients, and provide strategic counsel. A strong background in corporate defense and business development experience is highly valued.

What Were Looking For
4-8 years of post-law school corporate law experience
Corporate defense background
Juris Doctor (JD) & active State Bar membership
Strong academic credentials
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $200,000 - $270,000 (based on experience)
