About the Role
As the Manager of Surgical Services, you will play a pivotal role in leading a dynamic team of healthcare professionals. This full-time, day-shift position is responsible for managing and directing all clinical and operational activities of surgical services units. You will ensure the highest standards of care while fostering a supportive and empowering environment for staff.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall management and leadership of surgical services units within Nursing Services.
Drive clinical excellence and operational efficiency in alignment with organizational goals.
Cultivate a collaborative culture focused on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect.
Partner with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing school.
Oregon RN License can be obtained upon hire.
BLS Certification required upon hire.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital or OR setting.
Recent first-line management experience in a healthcare setting.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters Degree in Nursing or a related field.
