Responsibilities:

  • The Case Management Group Director will perform the functions necessary to support and advance our strategy The selected resource will drive the advancement and adoption of Case Management best practices.
  • This role will plan and execute on the strategic plan while acting as the SME on Case Management regulations and standards
  • Ensures appropriate resource utilization, revenue cycle processing in a timely and matter
  • Integrates national standards for scope of services to work on building a center of excellence
  • Provides care coordination by demonstrating throughput efficiency while assuring care is the right sequence and of the appropriate level.
  • Act as a point of expertise collaborating with team members across the organization including but not limited to: physicians, allied health professional, corporate operations, finance and external vendors

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business, nursing or health care administration required. Advanced degrees in business, social work or health care administration is highly preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital revenue cycle function.
  • Over five (5) years of leadership experience preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an acute hospital case management leadership role for a multi-site system, including
  • Strong business planning and project management experience preferred.
  • Registered Nurse or LCSW/LMSW license required
  • Accredited Case Manager (ACM) Certification preferred.
