What Youll Do

As the Manager of Labor and Delivery - Postpartum, you will:

  • Lead and supervise clinical staff in delivering exceptional maternal and newborn care.

  • Ensure the highest quality patient outcomes through evidence-based practices.

  • Oversee unit operations, resource management, and staff development.

  • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing or related field.

  • California Registered Nurse (RN) License upon hire.

  • BLS Certification (American Heart Association) upon hire.

  • Previous leadership experience in a Nurse Manager or Assistant Nurse Manager role within OB, Postpartum, or Labor & Delivery.

Preferred:

  • Masters Degree in Nursing or related field.

  • Two+ years of clinical experience in postpartum, OB, or labor & delivery settings.
