Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a full-time RN to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient progress

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans

- Document patient care and treatment in accordance with facility policies and procedures

- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

- Active RN license in the state of Texas

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current healthcare practices and procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

- BLS/CPR certification

- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
