HIRING Medical Assistant

A well-established and stable private practice with 1 Doctor that needs an experienced Medical Assistant to provide clinical and administrative patient care. We are looking for a self-motivated MA who will take charge of the duties to support the Doctor and patients.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2 years of experience in a private practice or clinic setting
• Phlebotomy experience
• Experience in OB GYN preferred
• Experience with charting using paper charts
• Positive and friendly
• Willing to assist in other areas as needed such as front office

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Room patients, take and record vitals, update patient info, take health histories
• Assist Doctor as needed including minor surgeries
• Phlebotomy and/or injections, lab processing
• Prepare rooms, stock rooms, clean rooms after each patient daily
• Wash and fold laundry for patient rooms daily
• Clean and care for medical instruments daily
• Lab charting and data entry

This is part time and full time positions. Pay is $18 - $20 hourly. Bi-lingual is a PLUS

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
• Vital signs: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Frisco, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required)
