As an MT-Microbiology Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of medical and microbiology technologists in performing a variety of laboratory tests and procedures. The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or Physical Sciences, along with an MT (ASCP) or equivalent certification. A National MT Certification is also required. Additionally, the candidate should have at least five years of experience as a Medical or Microbiology Technologist, with a strong understanding of laboratory procedures and techniques.
