Responsibilities

-Must be reliable, enthusiastic, high-energy individuals with fun, outgoing personality.

-Dependable automobile and a clean driving record.

-Must be an active listener who acknowledges customer's needs and a critical thinker who can decide what products best address those wants.

-Responsible for generating referrals for home health care by establishing and maintaining relationships with, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, skilled home care agencies, hospice and other service providers.

-Visit referral sources in person to develop and strengthen relationships.

-Establish a referral stream to meet and exceed sales objectives.

-Represent the company with professionalism at all times.

-Assist the leadership team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

  • Associates’ degree or equivalent experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Medicare or directly related experience

  • Demonstrate skill and ability to develop community relationships with Healthcare Providers and Senior Oriented Centers of Influence within assigned territory.

  • Demonstrate technology literacy in support of sales presentation and lead management.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
