Job Description
Position: Product Liability Associate Attorney
Location: Milwaukee Office
Responsibilities:
Handle federal and state civil litigation with a focus on personal injury and product liability defense
Manage all aspects of civil cases, including fact and expert discovery
Draft and argue procedural, evidentiary, and dispositive motions
Participate in court conferences, hearings, and trials
Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications
Qualifications
5-9 years of experience in federal and state civil litigation
Experience in personal injury and/or product liability defense preferred
Proficiency in handling all phases of civil litigation
Excellent academic credentials
Strong organizational skills
Enthusiasm for client service and a passion for litigation
