Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing and Government Contract Specialist to join our team. This role combines expertise in marketing strategy with the ability to navigate government contracting processes. The ideal candidate will drive brand visibility, manage proposal submissions, and build relationships with government agencies to secure contracts for Mcare Agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Mcare Agency services across healthcare, IT, and legal sectors

  • Research, identify, and pursue federal, state, and local government contract opportunities

  • Prepare, review, and submit proposals, bids, and compliance documentation

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, vendors, and stakeholders

  • Manage and update registrations and certifications (e.g., SAM.gov, minority/women-owned business certifications)

  • Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business development goals

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance Mcare Agency’s positioning

  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and government contract performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Administration, or related field (preferred)

  • Proven experience in government contracting, proposal writing, or business development

  • Strong knowledge of federal and state procurement processes

  • Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Familiarity with platforms such as SAM.gov, FedBizOpps, GSA Schedules, or similar systems

  • Marketing, branding, or digital media experience is a plus

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
