Schedule: Full-time + Occasional overtime - Can choose shift.

Choose your shift options: 3 pm-11 pm or 8 pm-4 am (5 days a week -with some weekends)

We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician to support daily operations in a high-energy manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for individuals with strong mechanical skills, welding experience, and a willingness to develop within a flexible and dependable facility.

Primary Responsibilities:

• - Conduct routine and emergency maintenance on production machinery.
• - Diagnose issues in mechanical and basic electrical systems (up to 480V).
• - Aid in stainless steel sanitation and perform sanitary welding tasks.
• - Monitor and regulate equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• - Assist in the fabrication, repair, and installation of machine components.
• - Keep accurate records and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.

Requirements:

• - 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing setting (experience in dairy is a plus).
• - Familiarity with sanitary welding or stainless steel sanitation is a plus.
• - Proficient in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• - Willing to work overtime, weekends, and address urgent maintenance demands.
• - Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), pumps, and valves is preferred.
• - Ability to work in physically challenging and wet environments.
