Position Overview

We are seeking a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine to join our collaborative small animal practice. We welcome both recent graduates and experienced clinicians. New DVMs receive mentorship and structured training, while experienced veterinarians enjoy a diverse caseload of medicine and surgery.

About Our Practice

• Award-winning small animal hospital with additional pocket pet and exotic services
• Team of 3 DVMs supported by skilled staff (3:1 patient-to-staff ratio)
• Advanced diagnostics: in-house laboratory, digital radiography, ultrasound, video endoscopy, and otoscopy
• Full service offerings: preventive care, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, laser therapy, and pain management
• Partner organization focused on cultivating innovative, collaborative veterinary teams

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD from AVMA-accredited university
• Active veterinary license (or license-eligible) in the applicable state
• Experience in companion animal wellness and preventive care
• Interest in general surgery and/or dentistry
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and clinic success

Compensation & Benefits

Financial:

• Competitive base salary exceeding $150,000+ annually
• Sign-on bonus available for experienced candidates
