Location: Hybrid/Remote – Texas & South-Central U.S.
Compensation: $150K+ Total Target Compensation with uncapped earning potential exceeding $350K+

About the Role
We're seeking a high-performing sales professional to drive new business growth in the commercial and government fleet market. This role is ideal for a results-driven hunter with experience in fleet sales, strategic account development, and B2B relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and win new commercial and government fleet accounts.
- Expand fleet sales for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.
- Build relationships with fleet managers, agency leaders, and executive decision-makers.
- Deliver fleet solutions including vehicle sales, leasing, trade-ins, and upfitting services.
- Travel throughout Texas and the South-Central U.S. to meet with clients and grow the territory.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in fleet, automotive, or a related industry.
- Proven success in new business development and conquest sales.
- Fleet sales experience with Stellantis brands (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram) is strongly preferred; experience with other major OEMs is also welcome.
- Knowledge of fleet upfitting or vehicle modifications is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
