Technical Staffing Account Executive – Metro Detroit
Location & Schedule
- Hybrid role: In-office Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday & Friday.
- Territory includes Metro Detroit, with opportunities in Grand Rapids and Toledo.
- Frequent local client meetings and travel.
About the Role
- Business development-focused sales position within the technical staffing industry.
- Build new client relationships while managing a small portfolio of existing accounts.
- Work closely with recruiters to fulfill client hiring needs.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client meetings.
- Conduct in-person presentations and site visits.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers.
- Manage client accounts throughout the staffing process.
- Attend client lunches, dinners, and networking events.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience required.
- Staffing or professional services sales experience preferred.
- Strong hunter mentality with a passion for new business development.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and face-to-face client meetings.
- Motivated by performance-based earnings.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: Up to $70,000, depending on experience.
