Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor veterinarians and clinical staff
- Maintain medical protocols, standards of care, and regulatory compliance
- Support strategic planning, operational improvement, and client experience
- Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture
- Participate in team development and performance management
- Continue providing high-quality clinical care while serving as the medical leader
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Active veterinary license in good standing
- Preferred: 5+ years of clinical experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to high standards of veterinary medicine and ethical practice
