Community Liaison - Hospice Sales/Marketing

Location: Conway, SC - Horry & Georgetown Counties

Bonus: $7,500 Sign-On Bonus

Role Overview

Seeking a motivated and compassionate Community Liaison to build strong healthcare relationships and promote hospice services. This role focuses on increasing awareness, driving referrals, and supporting patients and families in accessing end-of-life care.

You will act as the main representative in the community, working closely with physicians, hospitals, and care facilities to grow service reach and ensure patients receive timely hospice support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and referral partners
  • Promote hospice services through regular community and facility visits
  • Increase referrals and support census growth targets
  • Educate healthcare professionals on hospice care options and benefits
  • Guide patients and families through hospice enrollment with empathy and clarity
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to strengthen service delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (relevant experience may substitute)
  • Minimum 2 years of healthcare sales/marketing experience required
  • Hospice or palliative care marketing experience preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $70,000–$85,000 (experience-based)
