Compliance Officer
Role Overview
Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of a comprehensive compliance program within a financial services environment. This role focuses on ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, evaluating operational processes, and supporting internal teams with compliance guidance and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure policies, procedures, and operational practices comply with applicable federal and state regulations.
- Monitor regulatory updates and assess their impact on internal processes.
- Conduct fair lending and regulatory compliance reviews across departments.
- Manage regulatory reporting processes and ensure accuracy of submitted data.
- Deliver compliance training to employees, management, and leadership teams.
- Perform periodic compliance monitoring of deposit and lending activities.
- Provide guidance and day-to-day support on regulatory compliance matters.
- Support regulatory audits, examinations, and internal reviews.
- Escalate and report suspicious or unusual activities when required.
Regulatory Knowledge
Working knowledge of key financial regulations, including but not limited to:

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of compliance experience within financial services
