Core Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee medical operations with support from an experienced leadership team
- Provide comprehensive care for a wide variety of exotic species, including birds, reptiles, and small mammals
- Maintain high clinical standards and ensure quality patient care
- Support and mentor veterinary staff while fostering a positive clinic culture
- Collaborate with team members to enhance clinical processes and service delivery

Required Qualifications
- Licensed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in California or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Minimum 5 years of veterinary experience, including exotic animal medicine
