About the job Production Operator
Role Overview
Production Operator responsible for completing assigned tasks under shift leadership while following established procedures to safely produce high-quality products in a cost-efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment, computers, and other assigned machinery.
- Follow production procedures and job-specific processes.
- Support preventive maintenance and training activities.
- Report safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and organized work areas (5S standards).
- Adhere to safety, waste, and chemical handling guidelines.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum one year of production experience.

Basic math skills and unit conversion knowledge.

Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Forklift operation ability.
Preferred Qualifications
- College or technical training.
- Experience with hazardous materials, quality assurance, or color matching.
- Forklift or HazMat certification.
- Shipping and receiving experience.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Safe handling of hazardous chemicals is required.
- Ability to lift to 55 pounds and move heavy materials using equipment.
- The capability to wear a full-face respirator and required protective gear.
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended shifts (up to 12 hours).
- Availability for extended hours or weekends as needed; no travel required.
