Role Overview
Production Operator responsible for completing assigned tasks under shift leadership while following established procedures to safely produce high-quality products in a cost-efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment, computers, and other assigned machinery.
  • Follow production procedures and job-specific processes.
  • Support preventive maintenance and training activities.
  • Report safety concerns promptly.
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and organized work areas (5S standards).
  • Adhere to safety, waste, and chemical handling guidelines.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum one year of production experience.

  • Basic math skills and unit conversion knowledge.

  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Forklift operation ability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • College or technical training.
  • Experience with hazardous materials, quality assurance, or color matching.
  • Forklift or HazMat certification.
  • Shipping and receiving experience.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Safe handling of hazardous chemicals is required.
  • Ability to lift to 55 pounds and move heavy materials using equipment.
  • The capability to wear a full-face respirator and required protective gear.
  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended shifts (up to 12 hours).
  • Availability for extended hours or weekends as needed; no travel required.
