Transactional Associate Attorney

We are seeking an attorney to join our clients team. This attorney will conduct transactional matters for homeowner association clients. If you seek a professional environment with a strong work-life balance and a commitment to client service, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Draft documents to provide legal representation to clients, including contracts, insurance policies, governing documents, easement contracts, and licenses.

• Review association governing documents, statues / case law, and real estate documents.

• Perform legal research.

• Formulates and issues well founded written and verbal opinions.

• Effectively conducts negotiations to resolve matters.

• Advises and communicates regularly with clients.
• Attend board and annual meetings.
• Participate in marketing initiatives and business development efforts.

Qualifications:

• Admission to the Colorado Bar.
• 4+ years experience of litigation and/or transactional experience in real estate, non-profit, corporate governance, contract review, fair housing, employment law and torts.
• Analytical skills necessary to conduct detailed analysis of legal matters.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills.
