Associate Attorney - Commercial Litigation

*Hybrid Role 4 days weekly work from home eligible and 1 day in the main office.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in civil/ commercial litigation including cases such as Business, financial institution, labor, employment, and product liability litigation.  

- Offer legal assistance for cases involving personal injury and general liability litigation.

- Work with the Investigation Team on factual investigations and assessments.

- Create and manage legal documents like pleadings, motions, notices, and written discovery materials.

- Participate in case conferences, depositions, hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations.

- Engage in firm meetings, hosted events, and business conferences.

- Hold a valid license and uphold good standing to practice law in Texas.
