Skills & Experience:

  • Highly organized
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • - Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • - Experience or aptitude in data entry
  • Comfortable asking questions and making decisions, sometimes under tight deadlines

  Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks, such as entering customer information, quotations, and orders using company software
  • Update the quoting template for the sales and quoting department
  • - Process and follow up on expenses
  • - Maintain customer reports for record-keeping purposes
  • Enter accounts payable invoices
  • Cut accounts payable checks
  • - Record cash receipts
  • - Carry out other assigned duties as needed
