Litigation Attorney

Hybrid role - 2 days weekly from home office.

 Responsibilities: 

- Draft legal documents for negotiations and proceedings.

- Take depositions, attend hearings, conduct mediations, and represent clients at trial.

- Conduct legal research and provide counsel to clients.

- Analyze legal matters and negotiate on behalf of clients.

- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient case management.

- Maintain organized client files.

Requirements:

- Admission to the Georgia Bar.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.

- Attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and with others.
