Engineering Project Manager

Requirements:

Project Management Experience 

- Over 12 years in site development design within a consulting environment, focusing on site design, cost estimation, hydrology, grading, and utility design.

- Strong understanding of land development, including grading, sanitary and storm sewer servicing, water servicing, utility coordination, and road and parking design.

Technical Skills

- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, particularly with Storm Sewers and Hydroflow for hydrology design.

- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the preparation of Site Development Engineering drawings and oversee technical reviews.

- Guide projects from design to construction, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

- Liaise with clients and agencies to establish project requirements and obtain necessary permits.

- Manage project schedules, budgets, and staff deliverables, serving as the main client contact.

Education Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters of Science in Civil Engineering.

Kentucky Professional Engineer (PE) certification or ability to obtain.
