About the Role:
Onsite in Miami
Responsibilities:
- Process accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll for 600 employees.
- Audit 401(k) contributions and loan changes on a weekly basis.
- Review the payroll general ledger and coordinate with the accounting department to ensure accuracy.
- Process commissions and shift differentials.
- Manage benefit enrollments, terminations, and changes using Employee Navigator.
- Ensure that all HR records are accurate and compliant for all employees.
- Process wage garnishments and other mandatory deductions.
- Distribute weekly and bi-weekly payroll and HR reports for various departments.
- Reconcile benefit invoices monthly and coordinate payments with the accounting team.
- Serve as the primary liaison for payroll and HRIS system issues.
- Develop a payroll tracking system to enhance reporting accuracy.
- Familiarity with Paycor is preferred but not required.
