Responsibilities:

Patient Care & Evaluation:

    • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for new patients.
    • Formulate diagnoses of conditions that impact physical activity and function.
    • Create tailored care plans with specific goals and timelines.

    Therapeutic Intervention:

      • Develop and implement treatment plans using innovative, evidence-based methods.
      • Utilize advanced technology to guide interventions and monitor patient progress.
      • Educate patients to ensure ongoing continuity of care.

      Collaboration & Leadership:

        • Work together with a unified team to develop strategies that promote practice growth and success.
        • Actively participate in ongoing education to improve skills and gain new insights in the field of physical therapy.
        • Help advance the physical therapy profession by delivering outstanding patient outcomes.

        Education & Licensure:

        • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
        • Current and active Physical Therapist license in Illinois (or ability to obtain licensure).

        Experience & Skills:

        • At least one year of experience in an outpatient setting focused on neurological, orthopedic, or vestibular rehabilitation is preferred.
        • Proven ability to create and advance treatment plans specifically for balance and vestibular rehabilitation.
        • A strong passion for working with patients who have vestibular issues, balance concerns, neurological conditions, and fall risk factors.
        • Self-motivated with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
