Join a fantastic team of skilled engineers, architects, surveyors, and cartographers! We’re excited to share that our client is on the lookout for a Survey Technician in the Lexington, Kentucky area. We’d love to have you on board!

In this role, the Survey Technician will precisely assess locations and measurements of points, elevations, lines, and areas for purposes like construction, map creation, and land division.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

- Collaborate with the Survey Crew Chief on field surveying tasks.

- Able to work outdoors in different weather and terrains.

- Must be able to carry survey equipment and lift heavy items like manholes and grates.

- Preferred experience in boundary, topographic, utility, and route location surveying.

- Familiarity with GPS, CADD, and terrestrial scanning technology is a bonus.

- Experience with Trimble surveying equipment is a plus.

Requirements:

- Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel.

- Must pass a criminal background check and random drug tests.

Benefits:

Annual salary based on education and work experience is estimated to be between $35,000 and $45,000. This is a full-time position that includes health, life, and disability insurance, along with a 401(k) retirement plan.
