Attorney - Employment Law (School/Education Defense)

Location:

This is a remote position; however, team members must be California residents and will work closely with a Managing Partner based in Los Angeles. Our clients onboarding and collaboration processes ensure seamless integration into our tech-forward, cloud-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Litigation Defense & Risk Management for School Districts (must have this experience)
• Strategic Counsel & Legal Guidance for School District Leadership
• Policy Development & Compliance for Educational Institutions
• Training & Development for School District HR and Administrator

Qualifications:

• Active membership in the State Bar of California (required)
• Must reside in California, in good standing
• Must have a well-established and exclusive employment litigation, defense background
• School district defense experience required
• Trial experience preferred, but not required
• Experience with public entity defense a plus
• Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degree
