Location:
This is a remote position; however, team members must be California residents and will work closely with a Managing Partner based in Los Angeles. Our clients onboarding and collaboration processes ensure seamless integration into our tech-forward, cloud-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Litigation Defense & Risk Management for School Districts (must have this experience)
- Strategic Counsel & Legal Guidance for School District Leadership
- Policy Development & Compliance for Educational Institutions
- Training & Development for School District HR and Administrator
Qualifications:
- Active membership in the State Bar of California (required)
- Must reside in California, in good standing
- Must have a well-established and exclusive employment litigation, defense background
- School district defense experience required
- Trial experience preferred, but not required
- Experience with public entity defense a plus
- Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degree
