Work Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days in office and 2 days remote
Compensation: $130,000 to $150,000

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Auditor to manage audit, review, and compilation engagements from start to finish. You will work directly with clients, manage complex projects independently, and contribute to delivering high-quality assurance services. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen your audit expertise while building strong, lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and finalize audit, review, and compilation engagements with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage client relationships and build trust through professional, collaborative partnerships.
  • Organize and manage your schedule and client files efficiently while working independently.
  • Support special projects and address client needs as they arise.
  • Maintain high-quality work and meet engagement deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA eligible and meeting the educational requirements to sit for the CPA exam.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting and GAAP compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
