Role Summary

This position involves overseeing e-bill submissions, managing a team of billing specialists, and ensuring compliance with client-specific billing guidelines. You'll collaborate with attorneys, clients, and internal teams while driving process improvements and maintaining high standards of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and manage e-bill submissions for accuracy and compliance
  • Co-lead and mentor a team of billing specialists
  • Oversee invoice generation, submission, and distribution
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and client issues
  • Analyze financial reports, revenue trends, and performance metrics
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Build strong relationships with attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of billing experience (law firm experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in Elite 3E billing software
  • Strong knowledge of legal billing practices and compliance
