Account Executive – Business Development
Schedule: Hybrid – Monday to Thursday in the office, Friday remote. Additional remote flexibility may be available based on performance.
Role Overview
Seeking motivated sales professionals to drive new business growth within the technology and engineering staffing space. This role focuses on full-cycle sales, building new client relationships, and expanding market presence, particularly among small to mid-sized businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Identify and secure new client accounts through proactive outreach.
- Conduct cold calling and targeted business development.
- Build relationships with small to mid-sized companies.
- Develop and expand new business opportunities within the IT and staffing market.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in IT staffing (sales or recruiting).
- Proven new business development experience.
- Comfortable with cold calling and opening new accounts.
- Experience targeting small to mid-sized organizations.
- Background in IT services, staffing, or related industries preferred.
- Candidates with experience only expanding within existing large accounts may not be the best fit.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $45,000 – $95,000, depending on experience.
- Commission: Uncapped earning potential.
- Flexible bonus structures designed to help achieve on-target earnings (OTE).
- Draw options available depending on experience and performance.
