Position Summary
Seeking a high-potential Project Manager with 5–7 years of DSA coordination experience on K–12/education construction projects. This role leads projects from preconstruction through completion, driving planning, risk reduction, team performance, and client collaboration. The Project Manager ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards while mentoring teams and managing all project components.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead overall project execution, defining approach, milestones, and deliverables
- Direct project staff and trade partners to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals
- Manage owner contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and documentation
- Support business development and maintain strong client partnerships
- Represent the organization at industry events and community functions
- Contribute to proposals, presentations, interviews, estimating, and preconstruction services
- Promote jobsite safety and ensure compliance with all safety training and standards
Leadership & Management Duties
- Oversee project risk identification and mitigation
- Develop buyout strategies with the executive and estimating teams
- Manage budgets, cost control, forecasting, change management, and resource planning
- Lead master scheduling with field leadership and trade partners
- Implement quality control, safety, and environmental programs
- Serve as the primary communication lead for stakeholders and issue resolution
- Supervise and mentor engineers, coordinators, and project support staff
- Interpret prime contracts, ensuring compliance with rights, obligations, and notice requirements
- Report to senior project leadership

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience across multiple phases of construction
- 5–7 years of DSA coordination experience on K–12/education projects preferred
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Highly organized with a structured, results-driven approach
Preferred Knowledge
QSP, SWPPP, LEED, sustainability practices, and tools such as Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Primavera, Navisworks, Microsoft Project, and Viewpoint.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $125,000 – $150,000 annually (excluding bonuses and additional benefits)
