Role Summary
An experienced fundraising leader is needed to drive strategic development initiatives for a nonprofit organization. This role focuses on building sustainable revenue streams, strengthening donor relationships, and leading campaigns that support long-term growth and impact.
Core Responsibilities
- Direct all fundraising strategies, including annual giving, capital campaigns, grants, endowments, and planned giving
- Lead and support the development team and oversee retail fundraising operations
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with major donors, board members, and community stakeholders
- Manage donor communications, branding, and external messaging
- Plan and execute high-impact fundraising events and campaigns
- Oversee donor database management, reporting, and gift agreements
- Partner with executive leadership and the Board on development strategy and performance tracking
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in fundraising or development
- Demonstrated success in donor engagement, campaigns, and event management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor management systems

- Valid Florida driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
