Core Responsibilities
- Expand and grow sales within the oil & gas, mining, and power generation industries
- Conduct proactive cold outreach and reconnect with current and previous customers
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent engagement
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable industrial, field service, or machining solutions
- Prepare accurate quotes and estimates, including scope review, pricing, and timelines
- Coordinate with operations and field teams to ensure efficient service delivery
- Represent the organization professionally at client sites, meetings, and industry events
- Track sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions to support growth
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience in oil & gas, mining, or power generation
- Proven ability to generate leads through cold calling and relationship development
- Experience selling industrial services, maintenance, field services, or machining solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation and discipline
- Comfortable preparing job estimates and managing sales processes
Preferred Expertise
- Technical knowledge of industrial or rotating equipment and heavy machinery
- Established industry network within relevant sectors
- Experience collaborating closely with operations or field service teams
