Core Responsibilities

  • Generate new business while managing an existing portfolio of commercial clients.
  • Plan and implement strategies for client growth, retention, and relationship development.
  • Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and qualification discussions to strengthen relationships.
  • Recommend and promote suitable financial products and services.
  • Prepare financing proposals and negotiate loan or lease terms.
  • Evaluate financial statements and credit information to identify client needs.
  • Present credit recommendations and support loan approval processes.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and service issues promptly.
  • Handle administrative duties, including credit review and documentation.
  • Participate in community and networking activities to support business development.
  • Manage portfolios that include medium to large-scale business clients.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
